We are a full service laboratory. We can produce crown/bridge, partial/dentures, e.Max®, Zirconia, Full Contour Zirconia, Implants and gladly except over-denture and full-mouth reconstruction cases.

What is your turnaround time?
Answer
Our turnaround time is ten days in-lab, plus shipping. However, we do provide the option to rush a case whenever you find it necessary, for a fee of $50.

How does your shipping work?
Answer
We use UPS for the shipping/receiving of our cases, however we can receive packages from all major shipping providers. We also provide shipping one-way. We will provide your office with some UPS return service labels. You can use these labels to ship your cases to us. When we are finished with your case we will return your case via UPS Ground/2nd Day. On your invoice, for that case, there will be a shipping fee of only $6.00.

I’ve just purchased a intra-oral scanner (3Shape Trios, iTero, Cerec, etc...). Can Southern Craft work from my scanned images to produce any type of restoration and/or model?

Absolutely! We use state-of-the-art digital color imaging software and equipment to create precision dental restorations. You may upload files on our website or e-mail them to us.

Do you use materials meeting FDA standards?
Answer
Always! In fact, Southern Craft is a leader in self-regulation. We buy the best materials from the outset, and we have gone the extra step of investing in DAMAS. This is the highest level of dental lab auditing in our industry. DAMAS is comparable to the ISO Standards. Less than 1% of ally the dental labs in the world are DAMAS certified.
