What services do you offer?

 

Answer
We are a full service laboratory. We can produce crown/bridge, partial/dentures, all ceramic, Zirconia (Zeno®), implants and Teeth In An Hour™.

What is your turnaround time?

 

Answer

Our turnaround time is ten days in-lab, plus shipping. However, we do provide the option to rush a case whenever you find it necessary, for a fee of $35.

How does your shipping work?

 

Answer
We use UPS for the shipping/receiving of our cases, however we can receive packages from all major shipping providers (DHL, FedEx, USPS). We also provide shipping one-way. We will provide your office with some UPS return service labels. You can use these labels to ship your cases to us. When we are finished with your case we will return your case via UPS Ground. On your invoice, for that case, there will be a shipping fee of only $6.00.

We understand that scheduling patients is key for good customer service in your dental practice. That is why we provide Scheduling Calendars for all of our clients. What advantage is there to using online case ordering (MyDentalLabRx) if I still have to send models and other enclosures?

Rather than complete a paper Rx for every case, you need only click your way quickly through your order. Your preferences are pre-filled, and may be easily over-ridden as needed. You do away with illegible copies, minimize errors and virtually eliminate the need for call-back questions. You may check the status of any case, even after hours, from anywhere. And with every case order, you are creating a file history that is archived and may be referenced at any time. I’ve begun digital scanning rather than making traditional impressions. Can Southern Craft work from my scanned images to produce CAD CAM crowns?

Absolutely! We use state-of-the-art digital color imaging software and equipment to create precision crowns and bridges. You may upload files on this website at MyDentalLabRx.

Do you use materials meeting FDA standards?

Always! In fact, Southern Craft is a leader in self-regulation. We buy the best materials from the outset, and we have gone the extra step of investing in testing equipment that certifies content of trace elements in metals and ceramics. Our FDA registrations are viewable on this website by clicking on the Quality Assurance seal you see on each page.
